Another Cold Night – Please DO NOT Drip Faucets

The City of Houston has advised that water pressure has dipped in some areas due to people leaving faucets to drip overnight. While our system continues to function normally, please help reduce strain on the regional system and DO NOT leave faucets on overnight. If we are not able to reduce the overall demand, the City’s system may not be able to maintain adequate pressure, and we may become subject to a boil water notice. Read more here.

To protect your pipes from the cold, turn off the main water supply to your home and open a tap to drain the lines.
