Billing Software Transition

Great news! Bridgestone MUD’s transition to the new enhanced utility billing software is complete and the customer portal is now available for enrollment. To pay online, please re-register your account on the new customer portal.

If you are currently enrolled in auto-draft, you will need to register and make a manual payment for your next bill.

All fees remain the same. There will be a $1.00 processing fee for all e-check payments, including auto-drafts, or a 3.99% processing fee for credit/debit card payments. These fees are charged by the processing service and are not assessed or collected by Water District Management or Bridgestone MUD.
