Construction Forecast

July 15 – July 21

Residents may continue to see trucks entering and exiting the property, as well as construction machinery and personnel working in multiple areas of the site. Deliveries may also be more frequent as the treatment plant equipment is delivered. Work activity is scheduled to take place in the southern areas for work on the detention pond as well as in the eastern central area while work on the plant infrastructure continues.

Residents may experience some excess dirt, mud, and noise as a byproduct of the ongoing construction. The contractor is actively trying to limit any impacts from this construction. Silt fencing will remain in place throughout construction to assist with the containment of the construction materials and dirt. Additional care is also being taken to make sure inlets and ditches are being cleaned and kept clear of debris to maintain proper drainage.

Work is planned for Saturday, July 15th from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. At this time though, there are no plans to work the weekend of July 22-23. We will advise if the schedule changes due to weather or safety concerns.

July 7 – July 15

This week work will be focused in the southern, southeastern, and eastern sides of the property. In addition, delivery traffic will be more frequent as the treatment equipment arrives onsite. The contractor will be working on Saturday, July 8 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to make up for the 4th of July holiday and this week’s rainfall. As usual, they will make every effort to control dirt and noise during working hours.

May 22 – May 26

Construction traffic will be busier this week as crews come and go to work in areas throughout the site. Crews will be working simultaneously on the overall plant infrastructure, the detention pond, demolition of the pump station, and the access road. The fence between the property and the apartment complex next door will also be removed and replaced over the coming weeks.

Residents should expect to see an increase in delivery traffic as well, as the plant treatment equipment is expected to arrive over the next few weeks. The contractor continues to work hard to control dirt and dust at the site, but there may still be some excess dirt and construction noise impacts during this very busy time. We are also taking extra care to keep the inlets and channels clean to safeguard against any drainage issues.

At this time there are no plans to work over the Memorial Day weekend (May 27-29). We will advise if the schedule changes due to weather or safety concerns.

May 1 – May 5

This week crews will be working at both the northern and southeastern ends of the property. Heavy equipment will be in use to excavate and relocate dirt for the detention pond on the southeast side of the property while work will continue on the outfall on the northern side. In addition, the fence between the property and the adjacent apartment complex will be demolished and replaced over the next few weeks.

April 24 – April 28

Park construction is well underway. This week will be relocating approximately 50 large trees as part of the overall landscaping plan. In addition, the team will start working on the excavation for the new feature pond.

April 3 – April 9

Work continues on the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 infrastructure. The contractors are not planning to be onsite the weekend of April 8 – 9. We will advise if the schedule changes due to weather or safety concerns.

March 27 – April 2

Residents may continue to see trucks entering and exiting the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 site while infrastructure work continues. At this time no work is scheduled the weekend of April 1 – 2.

March 18 – March 24

Trucks will be entering and exiting the property while work on the plant infrastructure continues at the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 site. At this time we do not have work planned for the weekends of March 18 – 19 and 25 – 26. We will advise if plans change due to weather or other conditions.

March 6 – March 10

Residents may continue to see trucks entering and exiting the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 site while infrastructure work continues. At this time no work is scheduled the weekend of March 11 and 12.

February 27 – March 3

Trucks will be entering and exiting the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 site this week to support infrastructure work on the eastern center of the property. At this time no work is planned for Saturday, March 4th.

February 20 – February 24

The Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 project continues at a good pace. Infrastructure work is now centered on the eastern side of the property and residents should expect to see crews and equipment in that area over the next week. At this time, no work is planned for Saturday, February 25th.

February 13 – February 17

Work continues on the plant infrastructure and piping installation on the southern and eastern sides of the property. Equipment will be entering and exiting the site throughout the week. At this time, no work is planned for Saturday, February 18th.

February 6 – February 10

Work continues on the plant infrastructure and piping installation on the southern and eastern sides of the property. Equipment will be entering and exiting the site throughout the week. At this time, no work is planned for Saturday, February 11th.

February 4 – February 5

Due to this week’s rain, we have granted the contractor permission to work through the weekend. They will be onsite on Saturday, February 4 and Sunday, February 5 between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. Crews will be working to prepare the site for a concrete pour early the week of February 6. You may see trucks entering and exiting the property throughout the weekend.

January 23 – January 27

Work continues on the plant infrastructure and piping installation at the center and eastern side of the property. Equipment will be entering and exiting the site throughout the week. At this time, no work is planned for Saturday, January 28th.

January 16 – January 20

Construction equipment will be entering and exiting the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 property throughout the week. Most of the activity will be at the east end of the site. At this time, no work is planned for Saturday, January 21.

January 9 – January 13

Plant infrastructure work will be ongoing this week at the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 site. Construction equipment will be entering and exiting the property throughout the week. Most of the activity will be at the east end of the site. No work is planned for Saturday, January 14.

December 19 – December 30

The construction this activities this week will be the same as last week. Our contractors do not plan to work between December 24 and January 1. If there are any changes to that plan, we will post an update.

December 12 – December 16

Residents should expect to see concrete trucks, delivery trucks, and construction machinery at the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 site as part of the ongoing plant infrastructure and site access road project. Crews will also be installing pipe in the pipeline easement that crosses Northcrest Village Way.

December 5 – December 9

The primary focus for construction this week will be the access road on the east side and the plant utility infrastructure in the center of the property. Crews will also be working along the southeast end of the property, installing piping where the pipeline easement crosses Northcrest Village Way. Construction machinery, concrete and delivery trucks will be onsite throughout the week.

No work is scheduled for Saturday, December 10. We will post an update if this changes.

November 21 – December 2

Crews will continue working to relocate dirt and raise the elevation in strategic locations on the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 site. Residents on Beeston Hall Court, Northcrest Village Way, and Catoosa Drive will see heavy equipment in the area. The silt fencing has been installed to try and minimize the impacts of any excess dirt. Once the site elevation has reached the desired levels, we will begin pouring concrete. Mixing trucks and other delivery trucks will also be entering and exiting the site during this time.

No work is scheduled for November 24-26, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. As always, our updates are subject to change, due to inclement weather.

November 14 – November 18

This week, construction will continue on the Wastewater Treatment Plant 2 Detention Pond. Crews will be focused on relocating dirt to the proposed new entry road on the east side of the road. We have been told that the contractor will be installing a silt fence to help contain dirt from the site. Concrete trucks will be on and off site through the week, pouring concrete.

We reminded the advised the contractors that work is not to begin before 7 a.m. without prior notice. No work is scheduled for Saturday, November 19th.

November 7 – November 11

Work continues on the Wastewater Treatment Plant Detention Pond in Northcrest Village. Heavy equipment will be in use as we move dirt to strategic locations and raise the elevation for construction. We do not expect the crews to be onsite on Saturday, November 12, but if conditions change, we will provide updates.

October 31 – November 4

Crews will be working in Northcrest Village this week on the Wastewater Treatment Plant Detention Pond. The excavation team will be using heavy equipment to remove dirt behind Beeston Hall Court and Catoosa Drive. The contractor is aware of residents’ concerns about excess dirt and will make every effort to minimize the impact. We do not expect the crews to be onsite on Saturday, November 5, but if conditions change, we will provide updates.
